It all started with my brothers in the FDNY — and a belief that the stories we carry can become a source of healing for someone else.
For the ones

The FDNY taught us what it means to run toward the hard thing. This work is a living thank-you to the heroes and first responders who gave everything — and to the families and communities who keep their memories close.
Timon 343 believes music meditation leads to understanding, soul connection, and our inner calling. A song can make room for grief. It can return us to love. It can remind us that we are not walking alone.
